bottle from Wine of Dreams Warszawa Poland. Hazy golden yelow, large white head. Fruity, slightly sour (infected?) malty base with some rather nice hop flavours in the finish. Smooth palate. Quite nice, despite the sourness in the far background.

Nice carbonation level. Bready aroma here is gently sweet, no two ways about it; this malting is nice while the beer is cold. Plan old sweet, white bread aroma, with just a tinge of floral hop. The flavor is likewise sweet (white bread, sourdough bread), salt. Not overly sweet, some hop bitterness comes along (a little pepper and herbs). Relatively subtle beer, little sign of the 5.7%. Good, middle of the road beer, best before Oct 26, 2010.
