Wow... Not bad for the style. Bold, great mouthfeel, sweet, and not nauseating. Looks good too. Need to review this again, but more in depth next time.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at AJís in New Braunfels. Poured into a 16oz pint glass.
A: Straw colored. No head, no lacing.
S: Citrus, wheat malt.
T: Tangy citrus, grainy wheat. Clean finish with a touch of hop bitterness.
M: Good carbonation, light and very sessionable.
O: Although New Belgiumís Sunshine Wheat has been around longer, I would view Sunshine as a watered-down version of this. Really easy to drink and great for a local South Texas brew to beat the heat.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the Black Whale Pub in New Braunfels.
The beer pours a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat, as well as some yeast notes. The flavor is more of the same, but I also get a little bit of orange citrus. A very simple, straightforward beer. However, it is fairly well done and I have no real objections. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
(draught) hazy light gold, soapy lasting white bubbles. Nose of wheat, light honey, spices. Taste of straight wheat, banana, wheat yeast esters (bubble gum and light clove), light without being watery. Really refreshing!
