COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ugniniams saulėlydžiams blėstant, iškiliuose anuomet dvaro rūmuose neretai panelės ir ponaičiai prašmatniuose vakarėliuose mėgavosi vėjavaikišku valiūkavimu. Užgesus dvaro žiburiams, jaunuoliai iki aušros braidydavo po ūkanotas pievas, vienas kitam dovanodavo miegančias gėles, dangaus žvaigždes ir tauriausius savo jausmus. Dvaro Mišas - sodrios giros taurė, pagardinta KUNIGAIKŠČIŲ alumi. Subtilios, gilios vario spalvos gėrimas su aukšta, standžia puta. Jame jaučiami salstelėjusio skrudinto salyklo, javų ir karamelės prašmatnūs aromatai.

33cl as a gift. Pours hazy caramel coloured brown with an off-white head. Malty and bready aroma with lots of caramel and notes of rye bread. Sweet, bready and caramrly with kvass flavours and a very modest bitterness. To sweet and a bit to much like regular kvass, but quite drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Stas. Hazy amber. Aroma of caramel, honey, paper and rye bread. Sweet flavor, caramelly, honey-ish, with a citric hint and a toasty note. Quite light-bodied. Kinda kvass-like.

33cl bottle as pictured. From the ticks. Enjoyed somwhere in 2012. Curious variation on a beer topic. Reminded kali/kvass to some extent. Sweet and malty. Will try again.

330ml bottle (thanks Kalm & Mari). Clear copper color. Small size, yellow beige head, stays. Malty, quite bready, sweet notes in aroma. Ohhh that is sweet. Malty, maltose, sugary, bready, faint raisins in taste. Sweet sugary body. Way too sweet.

Sorry, just can’t stand kvass. This is kvass-y through and through (nice foamy head, opaque brown color, unrelenting caramel sweetness--for a RateBeerian with a dedicated sweet tooth, this is saying something), so on a hedonism scale it’s simply not gonna cut it. Interesting experiment though

Canned 500ml. -from Iki supermarket Vilnius. Dark amber coloured, medium sized beige head that stays for a while, pure sweet kvass nose. Really sweet kvass taste with notes of caramel and hint of tobacco. Also some notes of dried fruits in the a way too sweet finish. Interesting in a way but...

Can, from Lithuania, thanks Ogi! So 50% Duonos Gira, 50% Kunigaikščių (how that makes 3.5% is beyond me). Geez. Dark red-amber body. Creamy, slightly butterish and caramelly kvass aroma. Sweet kvass taste.... Basically a sweet commercial kvass that had its’ ABV boosted. If that’s your thing, go ahead... it’s not like it’s flawed or anything it’s just not a thing I dig that much.
