On tap @ 10 East - Super happy to see they tapped a gueuze. Definitely an above average gueuze, but not elite...not yet. A medium funky aroma with lemon, dusty leather, acidic and oak. Most, if not all, of the sweetness is gone. Lemons, medium sour and acidic levels, underripe grapes and oak. It doesn’t kick you in the balls with its sour levels, but you know it’s there. Nice.

Draft at Moeder Lambic in Brussels. Slightly hazy golden yellow pour. White head that disappeared fairly quickly. Funky nose. Nice funky and sour taste: lemon rind, herbs, kumquat.
