Aroma: Very rich and complex, on the top fruytty hops, but you can also notice the pine and resin aroma under it, even some malty notes.
High body, nearlly chewy.
Its obvius that its bitter, the taste is mostly resin and pine flavors, some citrics, and even some caramel malty notes.
Great beer!

33cl bottle from Cervezorama 2.0 in Madrid. Pours a cloudy, deep amber colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, tan head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is juicy citrus florals and resins with a nice woodiness, some tropical fruits, and a moderately sweet, bready caramel malt backing. Flavor is similar. Resiny citruses and tropical fruits up front before a balanced wood and moderately sweet caramel malt backing comes in. Some bread and pines before this finishes dry, woody, resiny, citrusy, somewhat sweet, and pretty citrusy before leaving a lengthy aftertaste. Medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid beer. Well hopped with lots of juicy, fruity, resiny hops and a balanced wood and caramel malt backing. Good one.

fair amount of light beige head, disappears quickly with some lacing. brown ruby-red clear color. medium carbonation and rather viscous pour. fruity aroma, passion fruit, mango, sweetish. starts of slightly sweet followed by passion fruit. long bitter after taste with some sweet, wood notes and slightly austere. medium body. bottle 33 cl / bottle date 25-2-2013

On tap. Rojiza opaca con corona beige densa y persistente. Aroma resina y mucha malta caramelo, frutos rojos. En boca gran complejidad dulce, pino, madera licor. Increíble final licoroso seco y resinoso. Muy largo con notas de whisky alcohol perfectamente integrado y carbonatacion perfecta

color naranja con carbonatacion baja y una espuma blanca y persistente.aroma a lupulo caramelo cereal. sabor resinoso y tropical pasando por maltas caramelo y acabando amargo del lupulo crítico y notas a madera una grandísima cerveza que esperamos volver a probar dentro de poco alcohol

Espuma: Muy abundante, densa y jabonosa de color blanquecino. Cuidado al echarla en el vaso. Con pocas burbujas que suben anárquicamente.
Color: Castaño con brillos rojizos y naranjas.
Intensidad aromática: Muy alta.
Aroma: Malta, dulce (recuerda a mermelada), lúpulo, cítricos (pomelo), frutas tropicales, albaricoque, levadura.
Entrada en boca/amargor: Muy amarga de principio a fin, dejando un retrogusto amargo. La acidez es equilibrada, sin acidez en boca.
Sabor: Lúpulo, pomelo, frutas tropicales, albaricoque, madera de roble.

Ambrata carica, aspetto in tutto dissimile da una d-Ipa, solo un accenno di schiuma, delude sia come sensazioni aromatiche che gustative, il luppolo ne esce sottomesso. Più simile a un barleywine all’americana, ma più rozzo.
