Sorprendente, buen color, no demasiado negra, el lúpulo muy vivo en nariz, con un final persistente. Guinea Pigs está evolucionando muy bien, pronto serán una referencia en este país.

[ASPETTO] nero mogano [SCHIUMA] color nocciola, buona presenza, compatta e persistente [OLFATTO] profuma essenzialmente come una IPA con note luppolate tipiche che fanno il verso al mondo USA; di fondo qualche nota extra dal mondo porter/stout con sentori di malto torrefatto e note di cioccolato . [GUSTO] in bocca ha un approccio più simile invece al mondo stout, con note quasi dolci di cioccolato al latte, nocciola e solo in seguito appare nuovamente l’apporto Ipa con un amaro evidente di luppolo, note erbali ed un finale gracchiante in gola con un contributo alcolico ben inserito [TEXTURE] corpo medio alto, consistente e vellutata al palato, carbonazione bassa ma perfettamente a tema, alcohol evidente [COMMENTO FINALE] IPA poter, black ipa o strong porter.. ? a parte i virtuosismi della nomenclature post moderna, il brodo nero e consistente proposto da YRIA soddisfa completamente: ben fatta, curata ed equilibrata, altro invento Guineu che soprende ed eleva di un ulteriore gradino il livello della birra spagnola artigianale. Offre di fatto un mix ben riuscito fra la IPA e una stout prendendo il meglio di entrambe. .. facile da bere, very FLOW, non tanto aprirla vista la abbondante colata di cera lacca sul tappo!

Botella. Dark brown colour, small beige ehad, bit lacing. Roasty malty roasty caramel sweet aroma with some chocolate to it. Ok mouthfeel. Sweet like roasted maltiness and roasted caramel in the flavour along with hops, chocolate and dark fruit. Above medium pleasant bitterness. Bueno!
