Botella de 330ml. Vaso Lager de Dinckel Acker. Saboreada en mar´13. Color ámbar brillante y apariencia nublada. La corona es blanca espumosa/cremosa con buena retención. Bonitos anillos y copos en las paredes y una fina capa, persistente hasta el final. Aromas de fruta tropical, levadura y caramelo con matices sutiles de pan y maltas dulces. Entrada suave y malteada seguida por un toque de amargo cítrico que permanece en el seco final dulce pero no empalagoso. Cuerpo ligero y carbonatación suave. Textura oleica y paladar cremoso. Gentil astringencia en el intermedio. Retrogusto leve de cítricos. Deliciosa y de fácil asimilación. Una Lager inoilvidable, muy por encima de la media. 330ml bottle. Dinckel Acker Lager glass. Enjoyed on mar´13. Brigh amber color, cloudy appearance. White head is froth to creamy. Good retention. Nice rings & spots on sides as well as thin lasting to the end layer on top. Tropical fruit, yeast & candy aromas, subtle bread & sweet malt hues to the nose. Malty & smooth upfront then a citric bitter touch lingers into a seco sweet no-cloying finish. Light body. Soft carbonation. Texture is oily. Palate is smooth. Gentle citric astringency in the middle. Slight citric aftertaste. Delightful & easy drinkable. Unforgetable lager, highly above regular average.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with a white head, good lasting and nice lacing. Aroma is light toasty, yeast, citrus motes. Flavor is yeasty, fruity with slightly notes of peach and citrus, moderate bittery on palate. The final is also bittery and mild dry.
