At a tasting in "Sar Hamashkaot" in Ramat Gan, thanks Shachar, bottle, 6.5% ABV, pours hazy brown color with a ecru head, hoppy and bitter aroma, chocolate taste, medium body, bitter and unpleasant aftertaste, not so flowing, overall a nice attempt to brew Sweet Stout with satisfactory results of good aroma, but slightly disappointing taste.

Foam was very thick. Aroma has clear roastiness. Taste has bitterness, roastiness, does not quite deliver what the aroma promises.

19.08.2015, tap @ Garage Beer:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh foresty, pine needles, moss, hops, dark malts, leafs, licorice, bark, licorice. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, pine needles, hops, dark malts, bark, sour coffee, burnt caramel, licorice. Longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Nice enough, but I’d rather say black IPA about this one...

Black beer with thin moccha head. Nose malts, citrus. Taste malts is dominant but not too burnt, lime, bitter hops, cacao, dark bitter chocolate. Aftertaste fresh bitter hops with some cacao. Mouthfeel slightly creamy and fresh, medium body. Its like a mix between a black ipa and a stout (somewhat more bipa in my opinion), that actually worked out. Great job.

Una sweet stout repketa de aromas y matices torrefactados, café y chocolate con notas dulces. Buen equilibrio

Bottle sampled at Mosquito in Barcelona. DAMN this is quite a very tasty surprise. Dark and rich and creamy. I expected just a dark Vienna lager, but what I got was a very pleasant stout! Black pour with one finger brown head. Slightly sweet with notes of tobacco and molasses and raisins and rich dark chocolate malts. Very good.

Nice brew, smells of chocolate but once tried, you can taste some coffee and liquorice. Alcohol is well disguised behind its nice, compensated flavour.

Backlog rating. 33cl bottle shared at Chriso’s tasting May 2014. It pours brown with ruby edges and a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, cocoa powder, red currants tartness in the finish. Taste is quite sweet, lightly roasty, with notes of toffee, biscuit, red currants, milk chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium with soft carbonation. Overall, ok stout

Pours black with very little head. Aromas are a bit weak. The flavors are much more pronounced and quite fruity; consisting of cherries, licorice, vanilla, figs and some dark chocolate. Medium bodied with a bitter finish. Good beer.
