2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
11.2 oz bottle. L3028GD001. (Midtown Wine) Nashville, TN.
Black colour with a red hue and a small tan head.
Sweet malt, toasted bread and brown sugar in the aroma.
Sweet malt and some darker tones in the flavour.
Not very good.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Taste is fairly tame, especially when compared to a standard Guinness. Perhaps it is unfair to compare the two. Very average lager.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
One day, Gemma Aterton will look back at her career and cringe at the idea that she did "Hansel & Gretel". And so will Guinness with this beer. It tastes like a glass of water that has been added with leftover black beer and cigarette butts.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
12oz bottle. Poured an opaque black color with a brown, frothy head. Smells of roasted malt and coffee grounds. Sweet, malty flavor initially with bitter roasted finish. Light, watery body, somewhat overcarbonated.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Guinness flavour without the gorgeous creamy palate and deep black look topped with solid froth. Its fine for a lager, like the regular draught, just lighter in body.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Just what the beer world needs: another banal lager. Tried first at toronto beer fest where the guy working the booth said "it wasnít until they made this that i started liking Guinness products" which probably isnít the best sign. Happy says its not bad; I say why bother. Meh.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a cola colored medium liquid. Frothy tan head dissipates quickly to a thin lacing. Smells of aluminum. The palate is one of fizzy carbonation, followed by the taste of some malty sweetness. A slight sourness rounds out the taste. Finishes with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Iíd buy regular Guinness Stout 10 times out of 10 when considering the brand.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. Dark brown, almost black with a small sized head. Blah ... muted roast and chocolate. Maybe I did it wrong - I see in the description to enjoy ice cold straight from the bottle ....

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Taste lightly tangy/acrid but not sour, some cigarette ash in with faint roast, faint hint of chocolate, relatively dry with low bitterness. Medium-full body. Well, they made this one easy, Iíll take the regular Guinness instead ten times out of ten.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very dark in color, one could mistake this for a glass of Pepsi! Slight bitter taste of the top with a smooth finish. The aftertaste is a little bitter though. Overall not a bad beer!
