3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Close your eyes and the aroma would convince you that perhaps you were sniffing over a German pilsner. Nice noble bouquet. Perhaps a little sulfur. Very, very dark mahogany with a thick tan head that falls rather quickly (unlike the ale). Remarkably smooth mouth feel with a nice light level of carbonation. Flavors are not as bitter as I would have anticipated although the sweetness is subdued as well. Definitely some dark fruits and carmel notes. Light finish. Actually quite refreshing.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Black with a thin head. Some maltiness and bread on the nose. Smooth entry leading to a mildly carbonated, light mouthfeel with a finish having hints of vanilla and milk chocolate. Some metallic notes.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Smells like drought and tastes a lot lighter, Its not a bad beer to drink but to many will most likely hurt your stomach.

Earthy and dark with nice amount of bitter taste. Smooth tasting as well and worth savoring.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Taste lightly tangy/acrid but not sour, some cigarette ash in with faint roast, faint hint of chocolate, relatively dry with low bitterness. Medium-full body. Well, they made this one easy, Iíll take the regular Guinness instead ten times out of ten.

3.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours as dark at the stout with an off white head lacking the creamy look of the stout that quickly dissipates .Nose is roasted malt. Palate is medium body with crispness of a lager. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, bitter chocolate. Indeed, ti is the lager version of the stout. 14.9 oz can in an 8 can variety pack.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Poured almost black with white head. Tasted like bud light with guinness poured in, which makes it better than bud light, but still not great.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a very dark ruby red with a light brown head. The aroma reminded me of a skuny pilsener. The flavor if you could call it that was a watered down sweet malt. The body was thin with little aftertaste.Overall I could drink it if offered but would not buy it again.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a dark brown to black with a medium chocolate head. The first hint of aroma I got was a sour smell but I also got some hints of chocolate malt and hops. The taste is lacking any real distinction but it is not unpleasant. Thin and light body. Not something I will be drinking unless Iím not buying.

This beer is highly carbonated with a thick head. I get a taste of roasted malts and carbonation. It has a nice black color!!
