A red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is lightly sweet with a light roastyness. The flavor is stronger roasted combined with a light note of caramel, leading to a dry end, while the body (no wonder) is weak. Not nearly as much a stout as the original.

[Canned] Near black, creamy nitro head. Dryish with mellow fairly thin body and creamy mouthfeel. Roasty with a tad of coffee and medium bitterness.

(Can 50 cl) Clear, dark brown - almost black - with a tint of red and a creamy, light brown head, Vague aroma of hard roasted malts. Light and watery body with roasted malt accents and a touch of cardboard. Some lightly burned malt astringency. 301107

From bottle, no 5 at Papsoes blindtasting. Pours dark brown with a reddish hue and a lacing off-white head. Roasted malt aroma and with a mild chocolate note. No carbonation. Flavour is dry chocolate flavoured and dry malty, roasted. Finish holds a solid bitterness lingering on top of the roasted malt.
