Black-like appearance, full of taste. If you like coffee, give this a try. Had a creamy-like taste.

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2003 Used to be a favorite of mine. Easy to drink, smooth and soft. Lacking a bit in flavor, almost watery. Best on tap, and unfortunately is often the best available beer at many bars. Rerate: on second thought, this beer, especially on tap, seriously lacks in flavor and aroma, very weak. Very overrated.

Soft and dark. Better than the normal bottled Guinness. For me it's the old father of stouts.

Always a pleasant drink. Especially when served correctly. Pitch black pour, mustache soaking head. Smooth, mocha flavors. You can drink so many of these. Just order your next one when your current one is half full.

(widget can) Fake creamy head, takes a while to settle. Opaque and all that jazz. A sweet, roasty aroma, lots of malt. Roast on the tongue, "dead" (on account of the nitrogen?) flavour. I used to drink Guinness and wonder what all the fuss was about ... it tastes like weak ash, no real complexity. Now I know I was right to doubt ... 'specially the nitro can.

I used to enjoy Guinness quite often, but that was before my "enlightenment." That was before I experienced the fine stouts, lambics, barley wines, and other beers available besides those marketed to the public. The beer poured a dark black color as expected with a slightly tan head. Tha aroma is weak with a hint of coffee, but when compared to other stouts, there's not much here. The taste, while not weak, packs no real punch. There's the usual coffe flavor, a bit of alcohol, and nothing really to stimulate the taste buds. I'll still have the occasional draught (as I did today), but when all is said and done, I'd much rather prefer a Stone or Alesmith.

This is crap. I'm assuming this is "Guinness draught" with a silly little ball in the bottle. It's watery with a hint of taste. The strong Guinness stouts are way better. This seems like American tasteless mass-advertized garbage.

Watery. No flavor aside from trademark finish. Same whether draft or bottled. The head is very nice though.

having not had a guinness in ages, i managed to allow myself to be conned into one since it was st. patrick's day, and it is a decision i'll regret for a long time. it's a beautiful pour from the bottle into the glass, deep dark color with a perfect creamy tan head. however, it's so incredibly thin that i keep forgetting it's supposed to be a stout. slight roast in the flavor and the aroma, but not much else. i can promise that this will be the last guinness for me.

Nice strong coffee aroma, Hints of smoke and chocolate too. The color change from brown to black is also really nice. Seems rather milky for a stout, but still a decent.

The new draught bottle is pretty cool. Guinness is best from the draught tall boy. Go out and try a micro stout and you'll see how much better some of them are than guinness, although guinness is great to drink right before class.

Whatever I say has probably already been said before, so I wonít bother. Itís Guinness draft.
