2.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice carbonation noticed when uncapping the bottle. Nice beige colored head. Black in color with a redish brown tint when held up to light. Very malty aroma with no hop aroma present. Very insipid flavor with a slight bitterness at the end. Leaves a clean pallet. Overall an average beer. Would make a good "lawn mower" beer.

Cor negra com espuma levemente marrom muito cremosa e densa de média formação que faz cascata quando a cerveja é vertida no copo e altíssima persistência; lacing razoável; sua aparência é um verdadeiro show!!
Aroma de maltes torrados e café;
Sabor de início de torrado e café que evolui para um final levemente amargo com intensificação dos maltes torrados e café; retrogosto de torrado;
Corpo leve e baixa fermentação.

Really nice dark stout with a rich light brown head which stays almost untill you finish the pint! Rich full taste with a slight bitter aftertaste.

Very fine and creamy foam is brown, abundant and persistent.
His nose moderate to low emit an odor very roasted malt and coffee. The palate is dry and not sparkles. The final of medium intensity is dominated by persistent aromas of burnt caramel.

Draught Guinness is like a heaven in your mouth! I love this beer - it really is different than most of the beers.

Cor marrom escura, brilhante e com alta formação de espuma e persistência. Aromas de café e tostados. Na boca gosto suave de tostados. Melhor no aroma do que no paladar.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very dark brown color, almost completely black with relatively thick and long lasting creamy brownish head. Carbonation is soft, but it stays on the lips for a while. Medium body, surprisingly watery texture. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt, dark chocolate. Medium sweet, medium bitter taste. Very well balanced, but it’s just too watery.

I poured a 14.9oz can into an Irish pint glass. It was canned on 9/16/13 and cost $1.99 ($0.13 per ounce).
Appearance: Seemingly opaque black body, but actually a dark ruby red as highlights indicate. The cascading bubbles are always dazzling, as is the never-fading, always-lacing white creamy head.
Smell: General sweet scent, not unlike that of dairy or cream. Does not have roasted malt or other stout-like aromatics.
Taste: I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Guinness Draught Stout. I find the beer to be bland at worst and mild at best (yes, there’s a difference). Seems like everyone I know either loves or hates it, but to me it’s just plain "meh." The majority of the swig is without much character. Just like the nose, the body is slightly sweet with some minor, general dairy-like flavor. Nothing in the way of roasted malt, hops or other beer characteristics. Though they do emerge for a moment at the end just as it’s going down. The slightest hint of burnt malt, dark chocolate and maybe even coffee. You really have to look for those flavors and drink it warm enough to find them. Otherwise, the palette is rather boring, but at least it’s inoffensive.
Drinkability: While Guinness may not taste great, at least it’s a fun beer to drink. The nitrogen gives the beer a velvety smooth texture, though the actual mouthfeel is watery and tepid. It goes down extremely easily and at only 4.1% ABV, this is lighter than most fizzy yellow beers and is easily sessioned (due mostly to circumstance, not necessarily choice - this is available pretty much everywhere, after all).

Well, there isn't much more to say about Guinness. It is consistently refreshing and easy to drink but lacks the complexity of other stouts. Still the most beautiful pour of any beer in my opinion.
