Pours jet black with a tan head that hangs around. Smells like roasted malts Tastes- Big flavor of roasted malts with a little bit of coffee. Mouthfeel-Big fan of the mouthfeel of this beer. Creamy and heavy. A liquid meal. OVerall- I liked a guinness here and there. I havenít had it since I went vegan but itís definitely a decent beer that you can get almost anywhere. Everyone should try it at least once.

0,44l can. It had very nice creamy foam. Black colour. But body is almost thin, texture also. Taste is dark chocolate with coffee and it was very dry for me. No malty sweetness, no smoke a little simple. And it is price is a fortune.

Gotta love good old guinness! This is the beer that comes to mind when I think of stout: a thick, dark and minerally brew that tastes of oats, fresh baked bread and dark chocolate.

Smells really creamy and sweet. Creamy, caramel and sweet taste. Light bitterness that sits down in front of the mouth to a weak moment. But still a classic drink. Follow me @ Kung av Ųl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Almost black with off-white head. Roasty aroma, some chocolate, but not very strong. A decent stout flavor, but a little thinner feeling than most. Good, for a mass-market.

Hard to argue with this classic. I just returned from a trip to England where we swam the channel, and I have to say having this on draft at a small pub in Dover is one of the cooler experiences you can have.

For a widely available stout, this is pretty good. Had it many times. Roasty flavors and aromas with just a hint of cocoa. Extremely smooth. Great and fresh stout

Draught @ Dubliners Cph: Pours dark brown with persistent creamy white head and low carbonation. Aroma contains caramel, grain, cream, chocolate, coffee and mineral hints. medium body with dry finish - overall a light stout with a nice try twist

Pint from Nine Bar, Newcastle. Pours deep black with a luxuriant creamy head which lasts. Ends up feeling a touch thinner in the mouth than you might expect but the extremely satisfying roasted flavour makes up for that

First Guinness! First appearances are amazing, to watch the head form (poured from can). Absolutely opaque black, head with tight beading, colour of milk coffee. First reaction to taste was a thinness?, probably actually the low carbonation. The dark malt character is very light on the palate, making this a far lighter flavour impact than I expected. Can understand how this could be drunk all day.
