kingstoni (1901) - FINLAND - JUL 17, 2012
Bottle. Very dark cola color, near black. Medium beige head which lasts long. Aroma of coffee with some chocolate. Flavors are dark roasted malt and coffee. Dry on palate. Not much after taste.

Argonian (280) - Athens, GREECE - JUL 9, 2012
Bottle. Pours a black body, with a light brown head that diminishes after a few minutes, leaving a good lace. Malty and caramel aroma(a little faint though). Very nice bitterness in taste, along with notes of coffee. Oily texture, thin to medium body, Medium carbonation level - would’ve preffered it a little softer - , overall, it’s a beer that a liked, but it could be better. Prefer the draught version.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget. Pours black with a lasting beige head. Aroma of roasted malt with coffee, licorice and hints of fruits and spices. Sweet and malty with a lightly bitter finish. Thin and medium carbonated. Easy to drink and quite refreshing.

Cunningham (6654) - Halden, NORWAY - JUN 28, 2012
Black colour with an off white head. Coffee and roasted malt aroma. Roasted malt, coffee and licorice flavour. A bit thinner body than the draft version. Anyway a fine stout even when the sun shines.
[Bottle from Systembolaget in Strömstad, Sweden]

Your have to like irish/british stout to enjoy guinness! Because guinness is the king of all stouts. And it brings the genuine irish pub feeling directly to your home!! That dark colour, the golden Georg and the burnt flavour - splendid.

Gorgeous jet black stout with a creamy foam, but slightly weaker than the can with nitrogen cartridge.

Dark pour, one finger head and outstanding lacing. Moderate to high sweetness, not a lot of bitterness. Enjoyable, but not fantastic.

Dark black color with fluffy tan head. It has roasted malt smell with bittersweet chocolate. Taste is of roasted malt, bread and caramel. Finish is sharp and toasty. It has medium body with medium carbonation with no alcohol warmth. Excellent Irish stout. I love it!

Panzerfaust (784) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - MAY 12, 2012
330 ml bottle from Jumbo, Santiago. This is a 5% abv version called Guinness Original and made in Belgium so I guess it’s this recipe. Pours a great black with ruby hues and a fantastic, beautiful beige head. Aroma is malty, roasty with notes of prunes and moccha. Taste is fine, moderately toasted with marginal sweetness. Smooth and soft in the palate but lacks power. Almost no carbonation. A good Dry Stout and much better than the one with the nitro thing.
