Aroma of smoky, salty salami. A good start. Not as full bodied as I expected from the aroma but way nicer than the usual Guinness. Thins out in the mouth and the taste indicates more carbonation than the looks. My local alcohol monopoly dropped Lion Stout but kept this?

Bottle, in Germany. Black, extra big, gigantic lasting tan head. Aroma is apple, full on juicy apple. Nice. Thin palate. Not following through on promises, is watery. However, has a nice bitterness that i like and the fruitiness of the aromas carries through.

Pinball (11402) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 3, 2009
33cl bottle bough in a supermarket on crete, near rethymnon. pitch black, large light brown head that lasts. aroma is a little faint, but i get brown sugar, roasted grains and well balancedness. flavor of roasted grains, charchoal, faint brown sugar, seems to be a bit more dry than the normal guinness, nicely roasted, lacks some balance ,but still very good. great flavor, a good thristquenching low alc stout. i like the dry touch (dry hops in the end, and a dry flavor migling with the roasted malts, licorice, brown sugar etc. in the flavor)

Bottle 33 cl. Pours pitch black with a fading tan head and an aroma of dark coffee, peats, roasted malts and tobacco. The taste is high on roasted malts with notes of coffee, charcoal, vinegar and earth. The finish is dry and slightly hoppy. Drinkable, but not my beer.
