Slacks (355), Bolton, Ontario, Canada Jan 27, 2008 Bottle, Belize City, Belize: Brewed by the Belize Brewing Company, home of the Belikin Beers. What a find! Poured jet black, excellent foamy tan head. The aroma was promising, very deep chocolate and espresso notes. The flavour is stunning, rich, caramel sweetness like candy bounced with oak highlights, dark chocolate, coffee, and hints of that 7.5% alcohol. If only such a product was readily available here in Canada, I absolutely loved it!

Reasonably full bodied. Much better than its traditional cousin. phishpond417 (1420), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Aug 21, 2008 Pours a dark opaque black colour with a small brown head. Taste is chocolatey, noticeable pepper and black cherry flavors. Aroma is sort of woody with hints of black licorice.
