Can poured into mug. Dark with red hue after the widget gas dissipates. Nice silky tight foamy cream head. Taste is smooth, malty.

"I didnít read the can and donít get the point of this beer. As I am less a fan of the original Guinness, draft, etc... And this seems like a slightly lighter in color and roast version of the regular beer. Nice malt backbone, smooth but watery, like a nitro amber stout hybrid. Once will be enough for me."

Not a stout. Don't believe the label, it is an Irish Red Ale and a particularly bland one. Not happy with this at all.

Pours black with a ruby tint and a creamy tan head. Nice roasted malt and sweet caramel malt aroma. Flavor is roasted malt and chocolate with caramelized sugars. Finish is smooth with a slight citrus bite. Silky smooth mouthfeel.

Pours a nice dark amber color with white head. Roasted malts on the nose with just a bit of caramel on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes very roasty. Not bad.

Can @Hard Rock Hotel: a slightly better selection at the complementary bar. Very light body, watery mouthfeel, thin taste. Food Pairing: Cheese Plate.

Can, nitro. Pours a very clear dark reddish brown color with a moderate light tan head on it. Nose has a lot of grains and a slight bit of bread to it, but I donít get much roasting to it. Taste is slightly dry up front, then descends into a moderately sweet finish. Feels super creamy and smooth from the nitro, though just a tad thin. Decent.

Can, deep red nitro pour. Settles with thick nitro head and ruby hued beer. Aroma is watery malts and the flavor is pretty much the same. Not a whole lot going on here. Really bland.

Can. Pours a deep black that fades to a little red tone. Same consistency as Guinness. Taste is similar but maybe a little lighter. Decent ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

14.7oz can. The aroma is fairly sweet with plenty of toffee character. A little caramel, but mostly toffee. Transparent amber body with a nitrogenated, soft, off-white head. Way too light in color if theyíre going to call this a stout (itís not, itís an Irish Ale). Starts with a bit of a strange metallic character, before some moderately sweet, mineral-like flavors come through in the middle. Some husks and graininess come in late. This is inoffensive enough, but like I said earlier, this is more of an Irish Ale or a Mild Ale than a stout.

Can at home. It was in the 50 cent bin at my local ABC. Yes! Nose is sweet caramel malt, a hint of roast. Thatís it. Flavor is similar with sweet notes, a hint of hop, a creamy body, and a lightly roasted flavor. Very drinkable. Not bad.
