Bottle at "1920" restaurant. Almost black, minimal brown head. Overall an improved and stronger version of the original one.

Bottled. Nearly black stout, that looks clear, and with a nice beige head. Malty and roasted, with some burnt sourness and dried fruits. Roasted and burnt malt, dried fruit, cocoa and hints of coffee in the flavor. Full body and a dry finish. Much more interesting beer than the Irish little brother, but not suitable for sessions. Bottle thanks to hopscotch: Pours to an opaque deep brown body with a small tan head, quickly fading. The aroma is chocolate, prunes, light cinnamon, cola. Taste is light cloves, chocolate, burned coffee, roasted malt, mocha, though it’s all a bit less intense than I expected. Medium bodied, moderate-light carbonated, finishes with some sweet prunes and plums.
