From the bottle poured into nosing glass, pours pitch black with thick beige head. Nose is intense roasted malts, some smoke and alcohol there too paired with some liquorice. Taste is roasty alcoholic, some roasted nuts. Residual alcohol is long lasting...

Donker zwart met een tikkeltje rood onderin het glas. Volle lichtbruine fijne schuimkraag.

0.33l bottle from a sri lankan shop in bern. pours a hazy very dark chestnut with a steady beige head and a nice lacing. aroma of alcohol, toasted malts, cinnamon, caramel. flavour of alcohol, nuts, bread, bacon, slightly sour espresso. dry bitter finish. alcohol feels foreign and unnatural, as if in a beer-vodka cocktail.

The wonderful flavors from the Guinness are still there, but unfortunately they’re drowned in alcoholic sweetness that take over and disturbs the balance.

Van ‘t vat. Ja, tochwel… special export van’t vat! Zwart bier met witte wandklevende schuimkraag. Geur: zoetig, toffee, boter babbelaars. Smaak: verrassend zoetig. Alcoholisch. Volmondig. Slechts in de afdronk wat bitterheid.

Not to be confused with regular Guinness! Multiple bottles bought at beerstore in Mol Belgium. If you like normal Guinness, you will love this defo. Easy accessible stout but with a much richer palate then the normal Guiness and a higher abv. One of my favorites.

Bottle. This is for sale in Mozambique if you look in the high end delis - you will pay $5 per bottle but its the best brew available by far. Nice thick roasted dry stout with a little more residual warmth than your usual guinness. Excellent beer.

Mijn lievelings stout, lekker zwart en smokerige smaak. Van een pint kan je heel lang van genieten.

Bottle at Cafe Karpershoek. Pours dark brown/black with a beige head. Aroma of smooth dark malt with a bit of hop. Flavor starts treacle. Very. This is not dry. Seems quite different from what we get in the U.S. of A.
