| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 27, 2008 Funny, I just stumbled on some of my notes from my first order from belgianshop.com. I shared this with my neighbor and we both really enjoyed this one. Much sweeter, much maltier and creamier(wow)than the one you get here in America. By looks you might not know the difference. But by smell and flavor you certainly would. Chocolate and coffee abound. Yum. Avatar (82), Gliwice, Poland

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 25, 2008 Jet black with a beige rocky head. Strong roasted aroma. Bitter coffee flavour, fruity and dry, with a mildly unpleasant light tartness. I expected a lot from this beer, and although its a pretty decent stout, I am a little disappointed.
