4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JUN 28, 2013 More like the old guinness. The normal one (Draught edition) is a weaker version of the classic i remember. This one is more thick and oily with more flavor, like it should be imo :)

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
30cl bottle @ home. Black color, strong creamy brown head. Aroma fruity, sweetish, coffee and rum with chocolate in the nose, flavor is dark chocolate, dark fruits, roasty, coffee, with a good moderated balance. Alcohol is slightly present rather in the nose. Taste hint of sweetness, heavy but not extreme bitterness. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, fine roasty bitter finish. Very tasty dessert stout.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a dark colour with some head that sticks around. Aroma is a classic dark lager, some caramel, malty and roastyness. Taste is slightly bitter, some hints of hops and dryness, also hints of sweetness and ends with alcohol. Aftertaste is rounded and soft. Very good Guinness, nothing like the regular Draught, but nothing to special either.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Black, thin grey-brown head; aroma reminded me of smoky bacon, and you canít go wrong with smoky bacon; taste is lightly roasted malt, bitter coffee, smoke, ash, a hint of dark fruit; dry; light, quite soft and very quaffable for 8.0; best version of Guinness that Iíve tasted, really impressed.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very dark brown, lovely lasting frothy light tan head. Nose is that classic guinness roast malt, with some fruity, sugary sweet notes. Lovely roasted barley taste, decent bitterness towards the finish. Some warning alcohol. Heavy mouthfeel, fairly forward carbonation. Lovely.
