Cloudy yellow colour with a thick white head. Mild wheat and banana aroma. Also a mild wheat flavour with some spicy notes. It had unfortunately an unusual low carbonation. Otherwise a nice hefe weisse.

500 ml flip-top bottle at home in Germany, picked up at Wasanas. Pours a hazy darker orange-gold color with a fluffy lasting white head. Aroma is light bananas, citrus, and wheat. Taste is creamy wheat. light fruit and some tartness. Palate is smooth but slightly tart. Overall a good hefe but lacks something for a superior rating.

Bottle from a shop at Fraknfurt-Hahn airport, Germany. Clody yellow with a large creamy white head. Fruity, estery aroma with spicy and yeasty notes. Medium bodied, a bit sparkling mouthfeel. Very good balance with a refreshing acidity.
