Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, cardboard, light to moderate hoppy, dry grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cardboard. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091122]

Sep 19, 2009 Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of grain and skunky malt. The flavor is sweet with primarey notes of skunky brewing cereral, but also medium notes of malt and grain, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Jan 15, 2009 Bottle at home. A particularly poor lager. It’s definitely a big bottle, which could do the trick if needed. Yellow color, fast-fading. Horrid taste and filthy aftertaste but cool to check Ghana.

Apr 10, 2008 Updated: Apr 28, 2008Bottled at Page Bar, Osu, Accra. Golden colour, rich creamy head. Really unpleasant pea soup aroma. Sweet and fruity with medium body. Sugary and umpleasantly estery with some ethanol and resin. Some people think this type of beer goes well in hot and humid climate. I just think that if drunk extremely ice cold and fast you just don’t notice the flaws, and in Ghana you can have a good time anyway.
