COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION She’s Apples is our apple cider fermented in the old English style, made from Adelaide Hills apples. Many ciders makers uses sulphites to control wild yeast and to stop the cider fermenting before it is finished. We don’t do that - we keep ours clean and fresh.
