Bottled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy pale amber appearance with a rich dense white foam. Tarry and yeasty aroma with undertones of rye bread, spices and biscuits. Medium-bodied with strong notes of tar, anise-seeds, biscuits and crackers. Rounded doughy mouthfeel. Long tarry finish of salty licorice and dough.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2007 Bottled at Cruzat Beer House, Buenos Aires. Bronze colour, minimal head. Very fruity with plenty of honey melon. Light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Phenolic melon flavour dominates the light woody smoke which comes out towards the finish. More odd than good.

Bottle, December 2006 at Cruzat, shared with Omhper. Golden color with a medium white head. Yeasty aroma, some malt, not much. Tastes some smoked ham, phenolic end and some fruitiness. Mouthfeel medium to light, crisp. Not bad, but needs working...
