Bottle from Mam and Dad’s holiday, Belgium. This elegant blue bottled beer pours pale straw coloured with a thin tan head. It has a sweet malty, grassy and slight ‘plastic’ flavour followed by a slightly sugary sweet fruity finish.

First of all, the bottle is awesome! Nice blue color! The lager itself isnt that special, nice bitter tones but nothing surprising...

smells of hops and malts with a bit of sweetness, pale gold body with a foamy white head thats nearly gone, sweet caramel flavour, quite smooth. best thing about it is the bottle.

Somewhat pleasant easy drinking beverage with a good solid body and nice texture. Floral hops and soapiness a bit too dominant to be worth returning to.

Golden yellow with a quickly disappearing white head. Has some very slight sweetness and wood-like tones that’s overpowered by the vast amount of hops. I like it personally for the low carbonation and high bitterness.

Bottle 330ml (AIH40)
Clear golden color, small white head. Papery, weak herbal hoppyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, a bit harsh herbal "cheap" hoppyness. 1666 rip off? Quality-wise similar.

Bottled@AIH40 (from biernavigator). Golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is grains, some rubber, mild grass and hay. Flavour is grains, grass, herbs and some slight bready notes. Quite harsh in most ways possible.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2014 Pours clear yellowish with a frothy quickly disappearing white head. Grainy aroma, corn... Clear grass hops smell as well... Some slight sweetness in the nose... Nice for a pilsener, not astonishing tough. Taste is bitter with a sweet touch. Grainy, bit buttery, flowery as well... A dry and bitter finish, which is quite nice. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A pretty okay pilsener in comparison to many others. Easy drinkable thirst quencher with a decent taste. Bit of a cocky attitude with the blue bottle, which is a -1 if you ask me.
