Strong hop malt aroma. Clear amber red colour with fair head and lacing. Malt hop flavour. Fizzy palate.

Bottle, pours clear light amber with a thin white head. Smells sour and malty. Sour dough, and light floral hops. Taste is of roasted malt, sour/bitter lemon, and a moderate to strong bitter finish. Mouth is light with a low carbonation, ending dry.

Amber coloured beer with a small head. Woody, soapy and perfumy aroma. The taste is a bit sweet and flat. Actually quite boring.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2005 Orange-goldencolour, nice head. Bitter taste like a pilsener, but then, a indeed more Dortmunder like taste, fruity, palate is bitter.
Rerate 27/11/2005 Long time since I had this one. This time i didn’t like it. Too sweet-malty start, too sharp finish. Not much balance. (previous rating 3.1)

Bad bready aroma. The flavour is also a bit bready. Quite sweet and not a Dortmunder IMO.

Dort. Funny word that is. Pours an amberish-orange glowing color. Nose is grains, a slight floral bouquet, and malts. Slight bitters, however too thin to consider anything any further. Grains and malts. I was really unlucky on this haul. I am glad I decided to pay the 4 euros for a bomber of Chimay blue. I’ll need it after this run. sigh.

Deep golden coloured, medium sized white head, stinky sawdust (the most appropriate description) nose. Taste is also sawdust with notes of bread, cereals and something strange. Is there any hamster aboard???

Getreidiger Geruch. Getreidig-süßer Antrunk, der sich so auch im Mittelteil fortsetzt, dabei minimal malzig. Die störende Süße setzt sich auch im Nachgeschmack fort, eine erwartete Steigerung der Würzigkeit bleibt aus. Kein gutes Bier! Test vom 2.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,5,4,4,6,4 - 4,75
