I don’t think I am a fan of the White Belgian type beers. Although not terrible it just didn’t do it for me.

TAR (2236) - Lafayette, Colorado, USA - DEC 17, 2001
UPDATED: JAN 28, 2003 Re rate: same as below though not as fresh. Banana and apples in aroma, some sour twang in taste and a lingering pineapple aftertaste. Full bodied and very sweet. Some sugar was detected. The best white I have tried.

Very citrussy white. Some bananas in it also i guess. But a sharp sour taste from the citrusses is what remains in the palate. Still refreshing though. I’m still more into the Hoegaarden, but this white is certainly not just an ordinary white!

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2010 Bottle@Home. Fruity aroma of banana and tangerine. Cloudy, yellow colour, white head, fair lace. Sweet, wheat, banana candy, light bitter, light malty, soft mouth feel. Flavourful and refreshing. Perfect summer session brew.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2003 Very complex and refreshing at the same time. Pale grapefruit color, deeply aromatic nose, and intense well balanced flavors revealing orange, lemon, cinamon, coriander and banana. Great brew.
