Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet, moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081122]

A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is wheaty sour with notes of coriander, oranges, and peach. The flavor is dry wheaty with notes of coriander and peach and the body is thin. A boring wit-bier.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, greyish yellow without much head. Lovely fresh and citrusy with a touch of sour and absolutely no bitterness. Spicy. An excellent Witbier. 260601

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a fully gone head. Light soapy and mild hoppy and spiced aroma. Mild wheaty flavoured with a distinct bubblegum flavour. Mild spiced and estery into the finish. Classic wheaty and yeasty brew.

[Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm] Cloudy golden. Sweet and fruity with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Overcarbonation makes it very fizzy, but yet it revelas an evident wheat malt character and some flowery characteristics.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, yeast and caramel. Flavour is spices, wheat and citrus. Slight dishwatery notes. Nothing special, but drenches your thirst.

Bottle. Spicy aroma, clove. Hazy yellow colour. OK, semi-stable white head. Quite spicy flavour. Iron aftertaste. Slightly high carbonation, but pleasant enough.
