3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale straw color with a diminished white head. Pale malt and wheat scents along with hints of citrus and mild herbs and flowers. Light pale malt sweet start. Light citrus and just a hint of lemon zest. Quite malty, left with the flavors of malt-o-meal, which is not a bad thing in my book. Mild floral flavors interject themselves at times. The feel is a bit too zippy for me. A rather straight forward wit, without a lot of complexity. Actually get a bit spicier when it warms with white pepper and cloves and coriander. 6/10

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
20160605 Home; 50 cl can (BB 20170217): A light yellow beer with a slight misty cloudness and a thin fine foam layer (not really stable). Aroma is malty/wheat (slightly stinking in the begin), somewhat fruity (orange) and spicy (coriander). But also some flower smell. Sweetness in the taste with fruity and spicy, but also some hop bitterness in the end. Somewhat flowers and clove. No sourness. Body is somewhat thin. A drinkable beer, but not too much: 1 or 2 is enough.
