UPDATED: APR 15, 2007 Cloudy yellow coloured. Wheat and citrus, quite sour, pleasant mouthfeel. One of the best Belgian Whites imho.

Great appearance, lovely citric/light nutmeg aroma, nice mildly tart orange flavour. A great wheat beer.

Aroma: floral, citrus, banana.
Appearance: pale, cloudy, white foam. Flavor: medium sweetness, full body, lively carbonation, very little bitter finish. Overall: That is exactly what I expect from a perfect belgian style white beer.

Hazy golden coloured with a medium head. Has a strong aroma of banana and coriander with some notes of yeast. One of the most distinct aromas i’vefor this type of beer. The flavour is as good as the aroma. Lots of banana and coriander, but unfortunately the aftertaste is a little weak. All in all, its a delicious and refreshing witbier.

Beautiful hazy pale gold, with no head at all. I even poured with some vigor, as to ensure a thick head. Flavor is awesome. Well balanced, with traditional white beer spices. There seemed to be a little added something to it, but I can’t put my finger on the taste. Very good.

Nice witbier. Hoegaarden is better, but this one has a pleasant taste as well. A bit watery mayhaps..

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2010 Bottle@Home. Fruity aroma of banana and tangerine. Cloudy, yellow colour, white head, fair lace. Sweet, wheat, banana candy, light bitter, light malty, soft mouth feel. Flavourful and refreshing. Perfect summer session brew.

Murky honey appearance. Thin creamy white head. Light carbonation. Wheat aroma, coriander, must and oats? Smooth yet lightly crisp. Light wheat tartness and spicy overlay. Medium light body. Hint of orange and floral notes as well. Musty aftertaste, kind of chalky, but this is a fairly old sample. Tangy and fruity with good spice kick in the finish. Hint of sweetness as well. A different twist on the Witbier style.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2003 Very complex and refreshing at the same time. Pale grapefruit color, deeply aromatic nose, and intense well balanced flavors revealing orange, lemon, cinamon, coriander and banana. Great brew.
