Insgesamt ist das Witbier sehr säuerlich, ansonsten ist im Geschmack nur eine leichte Hefenote zu schmecken. Fazit: Nicht lecker, für mich trotzdem trinkbar, halt sehr säuerlich. Habe dennoch schon schlechtere Witbiere getrunken. Nachtrag: Inzwischen mag ich es recht gerne! Test vom 22.3.2009, Gebinde: Dose

Nice fresh white beer. Head stays short. Aroma is citrus with slightly sour tints. Fresh lemon, sour taste, specially good drink in the summer. Skip the lemon slice when you drink it, it adds nothing to the taste

erickok (1086) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - MAY 10, 2012
Nice looking light orange body and soapy white head that disappears a bit too quickly. Clear light citrus aroma, fresh herbs, grainy and banana. Mix between Germand and Belgian white beer styles. Light sweet amlty taste, influenced by the heavy carbonation. Drinks very easily. Full enough in palate, too. Prefer this over the often overly lemony and thin Belgian wits, while it can’t reach the flavour profile of better German Weizen. Decent brew. (50cl can, very cheap)

Very good and smotthy Wit, not so white as others in the glass, but definitely tasty.

A fine white beer with a nice aroma. Drank it not too cold so the taste stays quite long. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500 ml can. Slightly hazy, yellow colour, medium white head. Aroma of lemon, spices and fresh wheat. Flavour is subtle, easy going, a bit watery but nice to drink.

Bottle. Dark golden with a frothy head. Nose is reminiscent of a hefeweizen without the cloves. Lots of banana and malt but after a while some coriander, citrus and elderflower notes set in. Velvety mouthfeel as a result of an almost creamy carbonation, while the body is light. Slightly sourish, fruity, citrusy taste with coriander and some elderflower retronasal. Very nice wit, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Bottle 30cl. Pours a murky yellow/white colour with little head and carbonation. Aroma is citrus and hops, not much there. Flavour is okay, clearly a white beer, some notes of sourness there, but it’s pretty sweet. Goes down easy.
