4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Ruikt lekker zoet. Weinig schuim. Heel lekker zoetig bier, vrij licht. En nog goed voor de planeet ook toch?

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Typical, unpasteurized Dutch spring bock, orange blonde in colour, with a caramelly and bit honeyish main character, fruity, soft, gentle and sweetish as any Dutch spring bock should be, finishing in an elegant hoppiness. Light and a bit frivolous, one of the better examples of the style, at least as far as the larger brands are concerned.

Bier met een zachte smaak. Mooi bouquette, mooie kleur maar smaak waar ik snel op uitkeek.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled, 2014 edition (I’ve had many editions in the past). Dark golden (towards amber) color, clear. Off white head, not much. Aroma’s of grain/malt, caramel, light fruit. Malty sweetness, grain, fowery retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet, malty, with fresh hops. Medium bodied. Finishes with a delicate bitterness. Quite true to the style (= like a German Maibcok).

2.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Easy drinkable beer. Nice that the brand is all biological, this beer is no exception. The taste is a little bitter and a bit like a weizen. A refreshing drink.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a golden brown slightly unclear beer with a little white head. Smells malts, sweet fruits and bit pilsner like. Tastes malts, some caramel and hops. Average carbo, thin body and a sticky texture.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma of malts, malts, more malts, some hops. Flavour is malty sweetness, with some hop bitterness in the aftertaste, which is a good thing. Boring but better than most dismal macro Lentebocks.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at the Brouwcafe, Scheveningen. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is big yeast light malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a yeast malt woody aromatic floral hop palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A nice tasty beer. Not too much wrong with this as far as session ales go.
