Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Tangerine and banana in both aroma and flavor. Some yeasty and dusty notes. Standard but pleasant weizen with a lemon aftertaste.

Bottle 300ml.

Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy, fruity, bubble gum, clove, banana notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, clove, yeast, artificial sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast and banana. Flavour is malt, yeast, banana, artificial and sweet.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of clove and black pepper with a touch of banana and some plastic phenolics. Sweet and intense cookie spicy flavour with banana notes.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy to hazy golden with a small creamy head. Sweet banana and bubblegum. Bit of wheat. Lots of bubblegum and svovl. Extreme. Nasty shit!

Bottle @ home. Aroma is spicy banana, some hops and bread. Flavour is banana, bread, some hops, a little more full than most hefe’s, but not really outstanding. Nice though.

Banana, white sugary, white bread. Refreshing, light sweet, too fruity and quite a bit of carbonation. Easily drinkable. Well brewed, but not overly interesting. (On tap at De Wildeman)

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy yellow orange colour, dense white head. Aroma is sweet, wheat, banana, clove, light grain. Flavour is yeast, wheat, banana, clove, light citrus, grainy light bitter finish, a bit lager-ish. Light to medium bodied. Nice enough.

Aroma: Little banana. Not strong. Appearance: Little cloudy yellow beer with white head. Taste: Fresh, little sweet, hint of banana. Palete: Light body, thin texture, short finish. Overall: Nice weizen beer, for suny afternoons :)

Bottle 30cl. Pours a murky light yellow colour with a normal size head and good carbonation. Very hoppy and grassy aroma, can detect some of the yeast there too. Flavour is much of the same, goes down with a slight bit of bitterness.
