Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’12. Amber with white head. There is a citrusy and peachy note to this session type bitter, good biscuity malts carrying the fruity hops. Good depth, quenching and really quite pleasant. This proved to be popular on the night.

Cask conditioned handpump Malt Shovel Northampton. An amber coloured beer with a whitish head. A husky malty aroma. Hints of coffee in the husky malty taste. A very English bitter with a little fruity hop bite late on. A clean, drinkable but very safe beer.
