3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Quack-Duck (6811) - Down South, - MAY 22, 2012bottle from the brewery. Clear pale golden colour, large white head. Hoppy aroma with a floral touch. Elegenat, very light malty background, immense hop flavours all over the place, fresh green hops, grassy, slightly resiny. Lingering bitter finish. Like a very good Czech 10°. Incredible how good this beer is at such a low abv. Full of flavour, full of lovely hoppiness. Yes, it is possible to brew low alcohol beer which taste superb! I am impressed!

This poured clear to yellow with a little grassy aroma. Too much carbonation and not enough hops.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - JAN 31, 2012
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and dense foamy head. Slightly doughy and delicately grainy malty aroma with herbal and delicately citric hops. Quite bitter flavour, slim bodied but not watery with a crisp mouthfeel. Soft pale malt character with present herbal and subtle fruity notes; dry and bitter, also quite lasting hoppy finish with traces of metal, which fade quickly after a few sips. All in all very good for a light Pilsener. 31.XII.11

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, visible carbonation, clear with a creamy mid-sized lacy white head, light to moderate bready and hoppy nose; light to moderate dry bitter flavour, slim but not watery at all; lingering dry grassy-hoppy finish, even rounded by delicate traces of pale malt . Very well drinkable light beer…
