Bottle. Straw golden with a quickly collapsing white head, lazy carbonation. Grainy nose with a papery touch. Moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied. Short, a bit peppery, but mainly grainy finish. Not convincing...............

bottle from the brewery. Clear pale yellow colour, large and creamy white head. Resiny hop aroma. Solid, light malty background as a good base for an enormous amount of aromatic and bitter hops. Very hoppy for a Bavarian Pils, lovely resiny-grassy character with just a touch of lemon. Good.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Aromatic, hops-accented aroma with soft herbal and citrus-fruity elements. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Soft malty base with notes of citrus and herbal spice; quite dry and balanced malty and citrus-fruity, slightly flowery hoppy finish. A gem (06.X.08).
