50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange to yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry butterish to light malty. Mild citric and light hops fruity. Bitter to light butterish base flavoured. Dry and bitter to light citric finish.

Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a transparent dark golden bronze with a thin ring of wispy white head. Aroma of sweet pale and caramel malts with a touch of fruity apples. Starts with pretty good fullness and light sweet pale malts with some fruity tartness before a drier, semi-sweet finish. A pretty interesting apple brew, but could use some more balance.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy amber - white head. Butter berries - diacetyl, caramel butterscotch, light malty, fruity, totally off - bad !!!

Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Sweet aroma of fruit and butter. Medium body, some fruits and an unclean citrusy edge with some cardboard. Tart finish. 300809
