COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, 6.2%. Quite malty aroma, sweet malt. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small frothy white head, semi-stable, though. The flavour is sweet, very malty and caramelly, also a bit sugary, but dark sugar. Distinct bitterness, but that is also needed in a beer this sweet.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a tiny, rough off-white head. Sweet, fruity nose - a little honeyish. Medium body, sweet caramellish and fruity with a subtle bitterness. Not bad, but the Nelson Sauvin doesn’t really come through. 311011
