Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty caramel, spicy - woodruff, flowers. ( clammy sweet cake ). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090822]

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Modeerate malty and light hoppy and yeasty aroma. Spicey coriander/cinnamon notes. Moderate bitter exstremely spicey flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Redbrown with smal off-white head. Very parfumed aroma that smells a bit like X-mas-cookies, with cloves and cinnamon as the dominant note. Taste is very sweet, medium malty and quite spicey. Only a little bitterness at the back of the tongue. Body is medium, carb is soft. Ends on a drying, rather unpleasant note.

50 cL bottle courtesy of ChristianScheffel. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is cinnamon and caramelish. Biscuit. Sweet, caramelish and cinnamon flavoured. Sweet cinnamon finish. A liquid Danish Christmas cookie for Whitsun - not sure I get the point.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2011 Bottle from yespr at T&Ms. Pours a hazy amber with a small head. Smells of pebernødder. Super sweet with aromas of cookie dough and julekager. Cloying and somewhat nauseating. Full bodied. Soft carbonation. sweet finish.

(on bottle) OMFG, this is really something.Somebody, in the making of this beer must have dropped the wholecabinet of spices into the brew. And then added half a ton of Woodruff syrup on top of it. Iunderstand Woodruff, and corinader and I understand cloves; infact I lve spced beer. But together thay bring only hawok to this beer,witch is too flat, too low in alcohol and to cloying malting wise, that it culden´t even bear one of these fine tastes.

Bottle, courtesy of ChristianScheffel. A hazy orange-golden beer with an off-white head. Cinnamon and pale malts on the nose, giving a sweet impression. Sweet, cinnamon-like flavor with some alcohol. Fruity as well. Warming finish. Full body. A quite nice one, but just a small glass I guess. The cinnamon is nice, but a bit too much. 090822
