COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, at Esbjerg Beerfestival. A hazy, golden-orange beer with a minimal off-white head. Weak, fruity and doughy nose. Sweet flavor with pale malts and some hoppy bitterness. Nicely carbonated, medium body-fullness. Fruit-syrupy finish with some bitterness. Definately not my idea of a pilsner, but drinkable it is. 091023

Bottle at thewolf’s Kolding tasting, 15 May 2008. Bright gold colour. Really bready, grainy aroma. Fruity, sweetish flavour. Otherwise reasonably tasty but could use more hop bite.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin rim of off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, yeast, and butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, butter and herbs, leading to a bitter finish. Not a pilsner to me and not good.
