We found this brewpub by accident during our vacation. We were walking down the main street of Gunnison, looking for a place to eat lunch and there it was, a small brewpub that probably seats 40 people at most. This stout was pretty good. Black, but thin looking, light brown head, good lacing. Smelled roasty and sweet. Body was thinner - made it easy to drink. Tasted sweet up front but was soon overtaken by a strong hoppiness and a very dry finish (with a little sourness, too).
