Draught. Pours hazy yellow with an average, frothy, white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, grain, hay, straw), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (horse blanket, earth) with notes of pepper and ginger. Light bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
