(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, copper to deep amber colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Bready toast-malty aroma with caramel, peppery spice and delicately fruity hoppy notes. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Hearty toasted malt character with notes of bread crusts, caramel on a delicately fruity hoppy background; bitter-sweet toasty malty finish with a rising hops profile towards the aftertaste, containing mildly fruity and spicy notes. Heavily malty IPA, reminding me more of a dark Bock, nevertheless a likeable brew. 20.X.12

Orangy color with some foam. The smell is fresh and hoppy. The taste is bitter and a little bit tart without overdoing it. The aftertaste is dry and keeps the taste. This beer is an imitation of a reference IPA and it does little wrong, so this is nothing special but still solid.

Bottle at barrel fever in Villach. Pours amber with nice, but quickly dissipating head. Citrus and caramel notes, with just a hint of tobacco sharpness. Mouthfeel is clean and full. Grapefruit produced from well balanced hops leaves a nice aftertaste, good bitterness. Really nice and intricate lacing. Inspired by the original Austrian take on ipa shipped to Nicobar, does not disappoint and is underrated here.

Found some bottles in Vienna, at Julius Meinl am Graben. A very nice, thick and creamy foam. Made with Hallertau, Simcoe, Citra & Cascade. Good ballance of the Hops. This beer is underrated here.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nicobar IPA 6.4% the lovely copper color I like a thick beige head with great staying power & an enticing floral/fruity hop bouquet. Medium to thin bodied with a tongue scraping palate cleansing effect. The flavor is earthy piney bitterness with some herbal hop notes. A soft well balanced IPA.

Mély borostyán színe és krémes, rendkívül telt, tört fehér habja magával ragadó, illatai pedig nemkülönben lehengerlőek. Folytatódik a krémes vonulat, masszaszerűen áll össze a mangós, aszalt sárgabarackos, enyhén nemespenészes, élesztős jegyek tompa kavalkádja, puha aromái tartalmas india pale ale benyomását keltik.
