330ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with average firm creamy lacing white head. Wheaty and fruity aroma, banana and apple, yeasty background.
Fruity taste, apple, minimal citrus note, low carbonation, very decent finish. Tasty, fruity, a bit flabby.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
0.33 L bottle, bought @Julius Meinl, Wien. Hazy orangey gold. Tall blond head, quickly shrinking to a thin layer of small bubbles. Classic hefeweizen aroma. Crisp wheaty with some inviting banana esters. Fresh tasting, as well. Sweet without being cloying. Nice fruit tones, crisp wheat malts with tones of doughy white bread. Gentle mouthfeel, medium full. Banana, citrus and crisp malts in the finish. A lovely hefeweizen.

33 cl bottle.
Rated on 20110616.
Pours cloudy golden color with large foamy head. Aroma of fruits, sweetish banana and some honey. Flavor of sweet banana and citrusy fruits. The sweetness gets stronger as it warms up, some glue starts to come through also. Very slick palate. The crispyness at the beginning is unfortunately ran over by the sweetness.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottled, rated 2011-06-21) Murky orange with a medium, maybe slightly smaller than expected head. Very rich and delicious, phenolic banana nose with citrus notes. This does unfortunately not continue in the flavor, which is more solid-malty, slightly stuffy, and even alcoholic, with some wheaty sourness. At least medium body with thick and low-carbonated, sahti-like palate. Quite a mixed bag, but worth a try.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle (Alko Arkadia, Helsinki)
7 Super ripe banana aroma on pouring, throbbing with esters. In the glass it’s not just banana, there’s a chalky earthiness to it too.
4 Very clougy gold. I didn’t even pour all the yeast in, and it’s opaque.
7 Slight understated wheat beer. All the ingredients are there, soft wheaty bready body, gently sweet, but not sugary. Lots of estery retronasals.
4 Smooth soft palate, pleasant carbonation, very full. Finish is lovely - bready and yeasty at first, but a great bitter tingle kicks in quite quickly.
15- Damn, this is a great wheat beer. It’s right up there with some of the best. Yummy, didn’t want it to finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma of yeast, lemon and other citrus, quite heavy banana. Also some hops. Light sweetness. Very fresh. Difficult to rank, kind of nothing excellent sticks out but still greater than the sum of its parts. In a way the missing link between German weizen and Belgian wit. basement aromas,
