{thoughts} Requisite hefeweizen components are in place, but too much sweetness distracts from the refreshing qualities.

{elements} Hazy, apple juice hue; frothy, white head. Fruity sweet and spicy aroma of banana, peach, clove and cinnamon; reminiscent of baby food. Moderately sweet bready and fruity flavors overpower a tangy acidity and scant bitterness; slightly bitter chemical aftertaste. Fluffy carbonation, medium body, silky texture.

Quite solid stuff, except for the off aroma--pleasant ruby-amber appearance, very nicely rich ’n rounded mouthfeel, and solidly creamy finish. (11.2 oz bottle, Spar, VIE)

Tap at the brewery. Deep, dark, cloudy orange, glowing, fine thk head. Rich, malty weizen nose, lots of clove and banana. Tons of cloves in the flavor, very spicy and nice, a bit too warm at the point, but full body, rather rich and sweet.

330 ml bottle from Merkur Hoher Markt, Vienna.
Dark orange, hazy body, with a big, frothy, llacing, off-white head.
Aroma of wheat, clove, banana, orange, bread, vanilla.
Taste follows this, with more spices and some more grass notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes spicy, yeasty, bready, wheaty.

Nice one, but nothing special. A quite average Hefeweizen, maybe with a bit more spice notes than usual. Overall quaffable, but not among my favourite beers of this style.

Cerveza biológicamente controlada. Caracteristicas de weizen, aunque algo mas amarga y oscura de lo normal. También con menos espuma. Sabor malteado con trazas de uva. Bebible sin mas

Weizenguss it pours a fairly clear gold with an off-white head. Served in a weizen glass. The aroma is banana-bread and cloves. Medium to full bodie with a satisfying wheat character giving it a solid mouthfeel. The taste is light and crisp with wheat and cloves. Not one to knock your socks off but a good tasty weizen nevertheless. I like it.
