Bottle. Hazy gold with a small head. Aromas are caramel with yeast, banana and lemon. Floral with honey and low spices. Flavours are sweet caramel with honey and lemon. Bready yeast with a low spicy finish. Fine.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma. Taste is minimally sweet grainy and malty, dry, minimally soapy hop note.

It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, flower and the slightly sweet flavor has lovely, soft and pleasant notes of malt, bread, light straw and flower, and the finish is slightly dry, but still soft with a very light sweetness.

bottle, Rehills, Ncl. Glistening pale gold, aromas and flavours of sweet lemon, hay and bread, but a sulphur hit does make it’s way in midway, backed by an apple and banana trace. The sweetness over-dominates and makes drinking a bottle this size a bit of a chore by the end.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Im Glas macht das Bier eine mäßig gute Figur. Mittelgelb, wenig CO2, und eine mittelporige Krone, die innerhalb von 10 Sekunden komplett verschwunden ist. Geruchlich kommt süßer Hopfen durch. Der Antrunk ist ebenfalls süßhopfig, mit einem fruchtigen Abgang. Für meinen Geschmack ist dieses Bier viel zu süß, hier fehlt eindeutig die Export-typische Würze.

Hopfig im Duft und etwas grasig. Süßhopfiger Start. Im Mittel weich, bitterer und moderat malzig. Der Ausklang kommt intensiver bitter und lange nachhallend.

Leicht süßer Antrunk mit dezenter Herbe, die aber als Grundaroma wichtig ist. In ihrer Intensität steigt sie nicht und bleibt so permanent im Hintergrund. Wenig würzig, zum Teil wässrig, auf der anderen Seite sind aber auch frische Apfelnoten vorhanden. In Ordnung. 7/8/8/8/10/8

0.5 l bottle. Golden color with flocs (bottle was frozen in the post parcel). Honeyish malty aroma with hint of apple and citrus. Honeyish flavor with hint of herbal hops, apple and grainy notes. Tastes slightly stale, perhaps killed by the frost.
