Hazy golden color, good cloudy white head. Strong banana esters in the nose. Light to medium bodied. Refreshing, light palate. Banana-wheaty with some citrus, light spicey note in the finish. Not bad....

Probably the best hefeweizen I had in two weeks in Germany. Opaque yellow and a thick white head, it looks like an egg yolk in the glass. Full flavor, with banana and bubblegum, and sweet wheat. Sweet aftertaste. Excellent palate. One of the best weizen beers I have ever had.

Bottle. Hazy orange body, citrusy aroma, grassy and beady upfront with a banana and yeasty finish - classic weissbier. Not the greatest weissbier but quite nice.

hazy yellow colour, moderate white head; aroma of citrus, yeast with banana notes; taste of malty sweetness with citrussy-wheaty sourness and banana again; great weizen, although the aroma is not fully convincing

50 cl bottle, 5.2%. Classic weizen appearance, cloudy orange colour with a massive head and lots of sediment in the bottle. Aroma is mildly fruity, classic weizen, softly citrusy with lots of yeast. Taste is nicely balanced with soft grasy hops. Medium to full bodied, proper carbonation, nice spicy finish. Reminds me of Weihenstephaner, very close to that one, and very neat. Nice hefeweizen, very good one.

Head is initially large, frothy, white, fully lasting.
Body is hazy light to medium yellow, unfiltered.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of banana, lemon, pepper.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium to full body, velvety/creamy texture, lively carbonation.
Pleasant and clean nose but could use more phenolic character to balance the juicy banana and lemon. Nice attic-like yeast. Luscious and full bodied, rich and difficult to stop salivating for another sip...could use a bit more tartness for balance, but sometimes these sweet renditions just work somehow. Not as crazy good as the Weizenbock by any stretch, but still great.

Bottle, 5.2%. Hazy dark yellow with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, wheat and banana. Flavour is malt, yeast, wheat, banana, meidum sweet, hop, clove, spices and a little bitter.

Ein simples Hefe, das aber im Abtrunk fast wie ein Helles daherkommt. Süffig, mild, leicht trinkbar, aber sicherlich keine Aromabombe.

Light milky orange-yellow colour with low head and medium body. Nose of fruity yeast. Taste of mild yeast, gentle fruits, hay and cloves. There are slight hints of oranges and bananas. Medium high carbonation makes this beer really nice to drink, it is quite nice and refreshing.
