Apr 13, 2004 Quite some banana, vanilla and lemony candy in the aroma.
Cloudy yellow, foamy white head.
Full bready body with plenty tastenotes of banana, lemons, vanilla and some cloves.
Creamy mouthfeel
Spicy aftertaste (vanila, pepper)
which lingers on forever.
A truly good and full wheat.

Aug 23, 2002 Yeast thick amber colour, good head and condition. Banana and grapefruit nose with low phenolic notes, lots of banana in the mouth and a good yeastiness leading to a sweet banana finish. A very very good weissbier.

Feb 29, 2008 Bottle. Sweet banana, apricot, wheat malt and light clove. Cloudy yellow-amber with nice big fluffy off-white head. Sweet banana, clove, wheat malt - slight bitter finish. A solid Hefe.
